Increase intimacy by embedding stamps before instead of after taking a photo
Unlike other apps that photo stamps are added after taking a photo, Coach cultivates the relationships with customers by integrating Peanuts stamps at the very moment that customers are taking a photo.

In such a way, Peanuts becomes the center of customers’ focus during their photo taking. Customers have to actively adjust themselves instead of the stamps to compose a meaningful photo.
For example, they have to tune their posture, position, distance and shooting angle to kiss with Snoopy.

From mobile to offline: Add fun to the store visit and create favouritism
At the “play” section, customers are invited to scan the Peanuts characters on the products. This will trigger an animation of other characters playing with the one on handbags.
By enriching customers’ interaction with handbags at store, it promotes customers’ favouritism toward the new products.

Prompt online catalogue viewing on a second device
Alternatively, the play can be triggered by a clear product shot on a second screen. This encourages customers to visit the official website of Coach X Peanuts series, look at handbags of different designs and get attracted to buy.

According to Jonah Berger, associate professor of marketing at the University of Pennsylvania*, because people love to know and talk about themselves, personality quiz is always hot to be taken and shared on social media.
Identifying yourselves with the popular characters you love and precipitating positive emotion through questions surrounding happiness also motivate people to share.
Developed by Isobar, the Coach X Peanuts has superbly stretched simple and usual app elements to extensive interaction across platforms, engaging both customers and their friends.
