RoadShow’s new infotainment app – Lifestyle, dining & gatherings in one go
(17 Jul, 2014) RoadShow has launched an infotainment mobile app, HK2gather, featuring lifestyle editorials with special focus on food and dining. It helps organizing gatherings in an ever easier and smoother way within a single app.
HK2gather pioneered to combine restaurant information and bus route search in one go.
Users will never get lost on their way to go dining!
Dining is all about being with friends and family.
To ease the way people organize gatherings, HK2gather lets users take the last and most important step, inviting people, after restaurant selection on the app at once. More interestingly, users can create their own stylish invitation card and share directly.
The streamlined invitation process efficiently saves users the time and troubles from switching between apps to copy and paste the event details.
The user interface creating strong visual impact intuitively engages users at first glance while the UX was crafted in a way to boost a sense of lifestyle and leisure during the edutainment reading.
For example, flipping the app pages resembles the way we read paper magazines while tearing off exclusive coupons imitates the same action we do on paper coupons.
The app set the cornerstone for RoadShow to run O2O campaigns across their other properties, such as scanning coupon codes on bus stop shelters and playing interactive games with bus TV, in order to drive sustainable engagement.
