Mobile Friday Workshop: Platform for learning, sharing and refreshing!

(2 Aug, 2013) Building on the success of facilitating the adoption of mobile marketing through Mobile Friday, Mobile Friday Workshop returns as a platform for all marketers to learn, share and refresh their knowledge in mobile marketing in this fast and ever-changing digital media landscape.
Two workshops were held on 12 and 26 July respectively. The workshop leader, Keith Lee, Strategic Planning Director of Inspire Digital Asia, shared his view on the behavioral change on mobile. With the supporting case studies from worldwide, marketers discussed about how mobile marketing helps drive foot traffic and provide customer services. Also, they all agreed that mobile is an excellent platform for brands to interact with their customers and build loyalty.

Keith also indicated that social media and location-based services are good friends of mobile. Successful showcases showed that these three elements always create powerful synergy to create unparalleled results. All the marketers enjoyed networking with others and thought that the workshop could give them invaluable insight on future trends of mobile marketing.

Due to the overwhelming response in July, we decided to run 2 workshops in a month to let all interested marketers have the chance to join our workshop.

The workshops in August will be on 9 August and 23 August.
