Gravitas’ glory on the regional stage

 Award
(27 Sept, 2013) The Gravitas Group, the leading mobile marketing company in Asia, has reaped 2 regional awards in The Smarties Award APAC 2013 by Mobile Marketing Association.

The Silver Award in CRM Strategy on “Dr. Kong’s Receipt Builds Loyalty” and Bronze Award in Mobile Website on “Ocean Park’s Take You to the Poles” have again showcased the excellence of Gravitas in mobile marketing in the regional stage when competing with other regional players and global brands.

Gravitas strategically developed a CRM strategy with mobile app for Dr. Kong Healthy Shoes.

By scanning barcode on receipt, details of individual purchases were recorded. Afterward, the app would provide personalized tips on foot care regularly. These strengthened Dr. Kong’s professional image and maintaining daily relationships with audiences at the same time. More crucially, reminders of shoes replacements would be prompted. As a result, repeated purchase will be driven on regular basis while big data of personalized experience was also assembled for future formulations of marketing strategies.

The other award we won defined our unusual efficacy in marketing execution. We crafted a mobile campaign with a mobile website for Ocean Park to promote its new themed area. To engage audiences from its design, we created a lovely penguin to guide audiences through the site. For delivering an impactful interactive experience, we incorporated a game contest on the site so targets were drawn to visit other pages continuously for higher scores. Most significantly, we integrated the campaign site with other media across the campaign, seamlessly. For example, we connected the site to facebook by getting people to make an eco pledge on the site and share. To promote its exhibition, double scores would be awarded playing the mobile game there. Unbeatably, the smooth integration across different media has created big synergy for the campaign.

The Gravitas’ momentum in innovating the mobile marketing best practices has been again strengthened by this regional recognition.
